1. Order Processing Time
- In-Stock Items: All orders for in-stock products are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Custom/OEM Orders: Processing times for customized or bulk OEM orders typically range from 15 to 30 days, depending on the complexity and volume. You will receive a specific production timeline during the quoting process.
- Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in China.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or provided in your custom wholesale quote. We offer multiple shipping methods to suit your budget and urgency:
- Express Shipping (DHL, FedEx, UPS): Estimated delivery time 5-10 business days. Best for samples and small trial orders.
- Sea Freight (LCL/FCL): Estimated delivery time 30-45 business days. Recommended for large bulk orders to minimize shipping costs.
- Air Freight: Estimated delivery time 10-15 business days.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Wholesaleteaware is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please consult your local customs office for specific import regulations.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Our couriers (DHL/FedEx) generally cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address and a valid phone number to ensure successful delivery.
6. Damages & Inspection
Since porcelain is fragile, we use professional-grade packaging (and pallets for bulk orders).
- Action Required: Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival.
- Reporting: If any items are damaged during transit, you must contact us at info@wholesaleteaware.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged goods and the exterior packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or credit for your next order.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
