Refund Policy

At Wholesaleteaware, we are committed to providing the highest quality Dehua porcelain. Since ceramics are fragile and many of our orders are customized, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for our wholesale partners.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damages and Issues (Crucial for Ceramics)

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Since porcelain is fragile, we take great care in our professional packaging. However, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must:

  • Contact us at info@wholesaleteaware.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged items and the packaging. We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, send a replacement or issue a credit/refund for the damaged pieces.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Customized Products: Any items with custom logos, private labels, or bespoke designs (OEM/ODM) cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.
  • Sample Orders: Sample fees are generally non-refundable but, as per our Sample Program, the cost will be credited back to your first bulk order.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased from our “Clearance” or “Offer of the Week” sections are final sale.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, provided the items are not customized.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or confirmed shipping damage, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and ensuring the items are packed securely to avoid breakage during transit.
